充足而优质的稿源是学术期刊发展的根本。文章从作者角度分析投稿过程中的认知和投稿取向,包括对稿件内容水平的认知、对发表时间的要求、对期刊的认知程度、期刊层次以及投稿体验等5个方面;从编辑角度有针对性地从突出自身特色、提高稿件处理效率、强化编辑服务意识、加强期刊宣传、熟练掌握现代编辑手段方面提出了如何争取优质稿源从而促进学术期刊发展的5种策略。 |

Adequate submissions with high quality are the basic requirement for the development of academic journals. In this paper, the cognition and submission orientation of authors in the submitting process are analyzed from the viewpoint of authors, which includes the cognition of manuscript quality, the time requirement, the cognition degree of journals, the level of journals, and the submission experience. Five strategies are put forward from the viewpoint of editors to attract manuscripts with high quality and promote the development of academic journals, which involves highlighting characteristics, increasing the efficiency of manuscript processing, enhancing service awareness, strengthening journal propagation, and mastering modern editing methods. |
