| This paper analyzes the advantages of face-to-face guidance of university journal editors to graduate student authors, and discusses how to do the process control. It is believed that face-to-face guidance can improve the efficiency of manuscript revision and promote the emotional communication between editors and authors. It is suggested that editors shuould make comprehensive assessment of the article before revision, pay attention to communication skills in the process of face-to-face guidance, and check the revised manuscript carefully. |
