| This paper focuses on the specific responsibilities and obligations of all participants in the manuscript review process, including authors, editorial department and reviewers. Meanwhile, quality control of peer review is also discussed deeply to help participants, especially newcomers to strengthen their sense of responsibility, standardize their scientific research behavior, to achieve the purpose of improving the academic quality of papers. |
