| According to more than ten years of innovation and transformation practice of Today's Science & Technology, this paper analyzes and lists the problems faced by the fusion and development of sci-tech journals, concisely summarizes the creative solutions to three major problems of being “comprehensive” and “specialized”, “superficial” and “deep”, and “slow” and “fast”, in order to realize the whole-process publishing and to improve ability and value strategy, as well as its path:transition from the “hodgepodge” to the specialized “five innovations”, from “megaphone” to “a policy consultant”, from paper-based extension to the composite type and all-media publishing communication. |
