| 检索有关工匠精神的文献并进行归纳,在此基础上对科技期刊编辑工匠精神内涵进行探讨。提出工匠型科技期刊编辑概念并对其内在特点与外在表现进行分析,进而基于职业价值导向、职业心理驱动力和职业心理自适应3个方面分析工匠型科技期刊编辑的职业心理特征,并提出职业心理特征的陀螺模型。认为:工匠型科技期刊编辑是科技期刊灵魂的塑造者、质量的守护者、发展的推动者；对工匠型科技期刊编辑进行定义,对其特点进行概括,对其职业心理结构进行分析,有助于科技期刊编辑提高业务能力与职业素养,有利于科技期刊出版单位发现与培养工匠型编辑。 |

| Based on articles about craftsman spirit, the author discusses on the craftsman spirit's connotation of sci-tech journal editors, proposes the concept of craftsman-type editors, analyzes the internal characteristics and external performance and the professional psychological characteristics of sci-tech journal editors based on three aspects of career value orientation, driving force of professional psychology and self-adaptation, and puts forward the gyro model of professional psychological characteristics. The craftsman-type editors are ones who shape the soul, protect the quality, and promote the development of sci-tech journals. To define craftsman-type editor, summarize their characteristics and analyze their professional psychological structure can help the sci-tech journal editors improve their professional competence and professional quality and can be conducive to the discovery and cultivation of the craftsman-type editors of sci-tech journals for publishing units. |
