| 作为一名科技期刊编辑,在当今信息爆炸的互联网时代,要不断地、自觉地学习,除了通过参加学术会议、关注微信公众号、阅读文献与新闻等多种途径学习外,更重要的是立足岗位与实践工作,不断思考与总结,从而形成信息积累。时刻保持心理的觉醒,把职业要求与个体需要结合起来,逐步养成敏锐的信息意识,在信息意识与工作实践的契合点中寻找论文选题,撰写编辑学论文,既是对获取知识的理论升华,又是对实践工作的总结,也是提高期刊知名度与影响力的重要途径。 |

| A sci-tech journal editor should constantly and consciously learn during the network times. In order to accumulate information, we need to learn more important knowledge that is based on our work and the practice as well as constant thinking and summary, by means of various ways in addition to attending academic conferences, following WeChat public accounts, and reading literature and news. By keeping mentally awakened, combining vocational requirements and individual needs, developing a keen information consciousness, and selecting topics of academic papers from the fitting point between information consciousness and the professional practice, one can write editological articles in an easier manner. That is not only the theoretical sublimation of acquiring knowledge, but also is a summary of author’s practical work, and certainly, it is also an important way to improve the visibility and influence of a journal. |
