| 就近年来国内外撤稿事件频发现象,给出了撤稿的定义、目的与主要原因,提出了何时应该采取撤稿、关注或更正的判别标准；对在撤稿过程中如何处理所出现的学术不端行为与相关注意事项进行了详细阐述,并对如何撰写、发布和引用撤稿声明给出了建议。文章旨在为科技期刊编辑正确认识撤稿和规范撤稿流程提供参考。 |

| Due to frequent occurrences of article retractions that have been exposed recently in China and abroad, this article gives the definition, purposes and major causes of article retractions,puts forward criteria for carrying out retractions, expressions of concern or corrections/corrigenda, and elaborates on how to deal with various kinds of academic misconducts and how to pay attention to some special points in the retraction process. Finally, some concrete proposals on how to draft, publish and cite retraction statements are illustrated. This article aims to provide references for S&T journal editors to well understand and follow up standard retraction processes for academic articles. |
