| 智库刊物打造的核心是质量和影响力,重点在于专家资源的整合。本文以连续3次获得中国科协精品科技期刊工程资助的中国精品科技期刊《中华消化外科杂志》为例,报道通过编委会人才梯队的建设、编辑队伍能动力的提升、智库刊物的传播效应为服务智库平台建设,突出服务决策导向,在“发声”权威、重视“时效”和强化“导向”方面进行的大胆尝试和探索。 |

| Quality and influence are emphases in forging think-tank journals, and the key point is the integration of expert resources. This article takes a Chinese high-quality scientific journal, Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery which has won the funding for three consecutive times from the Promotion Project for Elite Journals initiated by the China Association for Science and Technology as an example to address this issue. Through the construction of professional echelon in the editorial committee, the enhancement of initiative of editorial team, and the dissemination effects of think-tank journals to serve for development of the think-tank platform, we have emphasized the direction determined by service and courageously explored in the aspects of voicing as an authority, emphasizing both time and effectiveness as well as strengthening the direction.
