| Through a set of data, we find that job burnout is a common phenomenon in the young scientific journal editors, and then the reasons are analyzed in the paper. Through analysis of the two examples, we propose the strategy to overcome the job burnout, that is, research. At last, the suggestions of where and when to start the research are given.
