| Recently, the massive retraction event of Springer once again aroused widespread concern and discussion in academic field. This article discusses the publication ethics involved in the retraction event, and the responsibilities and ways for academic journals to cope with during quality control. Moreover, the responsibilities related to each side in this event are also briefly analyzed. Lessons that academic journals can learn from this event are also summarized |
