| 为了避免对GB/T7714—2015《信息与文献 参考文献著录规则》的使用者产生误导,辨析《出版发行研究》2015年第11期刊登的《参考文献著录规则发展的历史脉络及新国标研究》一文中存在的对新标准的条款理解错误、所列举的示例明显与新标准不一致,以及部分参考文献的著录不正确等问题,并以新标准及相关文献为依据,对谬误做了匡正。 |

| To avoid misunderstanding and misuse of Information and Documentation-Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resources (GB/T7714-2015), this paper focuses on Historical Context of Recording Rules Development in Bibliographic References and Research on New National Standard published in Publishing Research (the 11th Issue of 2015) andpoints out inaccurate explanations of some new rules, non-conformance of given examples to the new rules, and some mistakes of cataloguing references. These errors are rectified according to the new rules and related literatures. |
