| New-generation editors are the new force and the basis of development of the sci-tech periodicals. Based on the characteristics of young editors, combined with cultivation experience, three cultivation steps are proposed as follows:1) entry -aware, good, happy; 2) practice-step by step to a thousand mile journey; 3) sublimation-learning extensively but taking reductively, and rising abruptly after accumulating profoundly. |
