| 给出了科技期刊学术影响力的定义,提出从加强期刊自身建设、打造期刊品牌、培养学术新人以及争取政策支持等4个方面打造科技期刊学术影响力的长效保障机制。指出了加强期刊自身建设需要注意的几个方面,包括提升刊物学术水平、提高期刊服务意识、加强期刊信息化建设等。介绍期刊推广与品牌打造的有效途径,包括被尽可能多的数据库收录、探索OA出版、参加/协办/举办学术会议、善用社交媒体以及倡导学术争鸣等。探讨从政策层面为科技期刊创造良好的政策环境的必要性,鼓励将优质的稿件发表在国内期刊上,改变目前国内“唯SCI论”的功利化倾向。 |

| This paper gives the definition of academic influence of sci-tech journals, proposes a long-term mechanism to promote the academic influence of sci-tech journals. It includes four aspects:strengthening self-construction, building brand of sci-tech journals, cultivating new academic staff, and policy supporting. This paper points out how to strengthen self-construction, including enhancing the academic level, improving the journals service consciousness, and strengthening the information construction. Then the authors introduce the effective ways of promoting journals and building brand, including being indexed by as many databases as possible, exploring OA publishing, holding or participating in academic conferences, using social media and advocating academic debate. Finally, we discuss the necessity to create a favorable policy environment for sci-tech journals, encourage publishing high-quality manuscripts in domestic journals, and change the utilitarian tendency of “SCI Wand”. |
