      青年编辑入职培训有其特殊性,需要在一段时间内集中完成,兼顾实用性与理论性,常用的编辑培养方法无法满足入职培训的需求。应该明确入职培训在组织、文化、制度层面的目标,增加对于入职培训的时间、人员、智力的投入,完善培训内容,丰富培训方式,并且建立完备的评估和反馈制度,利用集团化优势进行集约化培训,这将为科技期刊的长远发展及文化形成发挥至关重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      The induction training of young editors of sci-tech journals has its specific features. It should be concentrated in a certain period, and consider both practical and theoretical applicability. The commonly used ways of editors’ education cannot meet the needs of the induction training. We should set clear objectives on organization, culture and institution, increase the investment of time, human resource and wit, perfect the training contents, enrich the training methods, establish the assessment and feedback systems, guarantee the intensive training, to benefit the long term growth and cultural formation of sci-tech journals.
