| It is a process of self-cultivation for the new editors of sci-tech journals to get started and grow quickly. The self-cultivation includes active learning and focusing on accumulation, keeping practicing and active participation, sustained attention and paying attention to communication. Through learning by doing can the editors grow up gradually in the accumulation. |
