| 通过PDCA的管理方法,结合《肿瘤影像学》实际情况,全面分析杂志的现状与问题,从编委的履职能力、优质稿源的吸引、期刊推广、编校质量的提高等方面入手,分析原因,提出改进建议和策略,提升了杂志的影响力,成功进入中国科技核心期刊。本次PDCA循环在学术期刊中的成功应用,具有良好的可操作性和实践性,以期为其他杂志的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。 |

| This article thoroughly analyzes the status and problems of Oncoradiology by PDCA management methods. Various causes are found, some suggestions are proposed and strategies are put forward from the aspects of the capability of editorial board members, attraction of high quality articles, publicity of the journal, quality of editing, etc. Through the PDCA circle, the impact of journal has been improved significantly, and the journal has been covered by the Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports successfully. The successful application of PDCA circle on academic journal has good feasibility and practicality and will provide valuable reference to other academic journals. |
