| 论文审稿人的学术评价不仅是决定文章是否可以刊出的重要依据,也是提高期刊学术影响力的重要手段。审稿人学术评价的主要内容是在科学的基础上进行的学术创新性评价,学术创新又需要学术评价来引导,二者相辅相成。审稿人是学术评价的主体,应该从科学问题的甄判、研究意义的评价、学术创新的评价等多方面对论文作出全面、具体、公正的评价。 |

| The peer reviewers’ academic evaluation is not only an important basis to determine whether the article can be published, but also an important means to improve the academic influence of journals. The main content of the academic evaluation of peer reviewers is the evaluation of academic innovation, which is based on the science, and the academic innovation needs academic evaluation to guide them, which supplement each other. The peer reviewers are the main body of academic evaluation, who should evaluate comprehensively, concretely and impartially from the aspects of scientific questions, research significance, and academic innovation. |
