| 同行评议是确保学术成果在评价中具有公正性和有效性的一项制度。近几年,频繁出现的同行评议造假行为使研究人员乃至整个社会的科研诚信受到质疑。然而,同行评议造假涉及多个环节,本文将从评审专家、编辑、作者以及审稿制度等方面出发,分析同行评议存在的问题及可行的防范措施,以促进学术期刊健康、有序发展。 |

| Peer review system has been used to ensure that academic results are impartial and effective in evaluation. In recent years, fraud peer review has appeared frequently and made researchers, even the whole society’s research integrity subjected into doubt. However, peer review frauds involve many parties, such as peer reviewers, editors, authors as well as the reviewing system. In this paper, the author analyzes the problems existing in peer review and summarizes the feasible measures to promote the healthy and orderly development of academic journals. |
