| 以中国知网学术期刊全文数据库中77篇“编辑职业倦怠”相关文献为研究对象,对其进行定量和定性梳理后发现:定量研究文献较少,发表在高影响力期刊的文献少；经验描述类文献同质化严重,且个别文献存在学术不端问题。在对比几篇定量研究文献调查样本、调查问卷等指标基础上,分析了目前该专题定量研究中可能存在的问题及改进措施。对于之后的研究方向,提出可以尝试将质的研究与量的研究相结合,加强女性编辑及出版体制改革和数字化出版趋势下的职业倦怠研究。 |

| Taking the 77 literatures relevant to “editor’s occupational burnout” in CNKI, with academic journals, full-text databases as the research object, we make a quantitative and qualitative analysis of these literatures, and find that quantitative researches are much few, especially for those published in high impact factor journals; literatures that described experience are highly homogeneous, and a few are found to have academic misconduct. Based on a comparison of the survey samples and questionnaire indicators of several quantitative research literatures, we find the quantitative studies of this topic may have problems and thus propose some improvement measures. For the future research direction, we can try to combine the qualitative and quantitative research, and strengthen the female editors’ occupation burnout under that background of publishing system reform and the trend of digital publishing. |
