| 留学人员“归国潮”已成为我国科研行业人才队伍里出现的一种新情况新趋势,这种趋势也为科技期刊发展带来了难得的机遇。分析了近年来留学回国人员流动趋势及其参与期刊发展的内在动力以及期刊发展对留学回国人员的外在需求,介绍了吸引留学回国人员参与期刊建设发展的具体途径,包括吸引留学回国人员投稿、审稿和参与期刊组织的学术交流活动以及加入编委会等,以此改善稿源质量,提高优质稿件的甄别能力以及办刊水平,促进期刊良性和可持续发展。 |

| An increasing number of overseas scholars are returning to China. As a new trend in research industry of China, it brings new opportunities to the development of sci-tech periodicals. This paper analyzes recent trends of attracting the returned oversea scholars from abroad and their intrinsic motivation in the journal building and development, and introduces some approaches to attract talents for the development of the academic journals, for instance, submitting original research papers, reviewing, participating in academic exchange activities organized by the journal, joining the editorial board, etc. These approaches can enhance the quality of contributions, the identification of high-quality articles and editing quality, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of academic periodicals as well. |
