| 科技期刊来稿中共性存在问题反复出现,徒然浪费人力物力。其原因既与基层作者水平(学识,写作能力、写作态度)有关,也与科技期刊编辑对科技期刊办刊目的及其社会责任不明确,缺乏对来稿共性存在问题的研究,纠错方法未普及教育有关。呼吁科技期刊编辑不忘初心,始终牢记自己的历史使命,改进传统编辑模式,走出编辑部,依托各种途径对基层作者进行常态化培训,并把这种培训纳入基层作者的继续教育和科技期刊编辑的职效考核中。 |

| There are some recurring problems in the manuscripts of sci-tech journals, which cause a great waste of human resources. The reasons are associated with the level of grassroots writers (knowledge, writing ability and writing attitude), and also probably due to that the editors of sci-tech periodicals are not clear about their social responsibility and the purpose of journals, and they lack research and education for the method of correcting error. This paper appeals that editors of sci-tech periodicals should never forget their original intention, always remember the historical mission, improve the traditional mode, rely on various ways to give normal education to the authors of grass-roots units, put such education into the continuing education for the authors of grassroots units and the position effect assessment for sci-tech journal editors. |
