| 优秀编辑人才是科技期刊的核心竞争力。本文分析了新的媒体时代科技期刊需要的优秀复合型编辑人才的基本素质,并从“选才”“育才”“留才”3个环节,提出了如何将选中的适合期刊自身特性的好苗子,从编辑业务能力、相关专业科学技术和知识水平、创新拓展经营等能力方面进行针对性的培养,使其成为优秀科技期刊编辑人才的相应举措。 |

| Editorial talents constitute the core competitiveness of a sci-tech journal. This paper analyzes the basic qualifications required by sci-tech journals in the new media era. Meanwhile, focusing on the three key perspectives, i.e., talent selection, talent fostering, as well as talent forming, it also generalizes the corresponding measures to foster the talents selected for a specific journal from the aspects of editing skills, academic knowledge and innovative operation. |
