| 鉴于行业指导类科技期刊的重要性,以《森林防火》为例,指出该类期刊存在的主要问题是稿源短缺,并论述了利用编辑的专业优势,将发行和约稿有机融合；利用审稿专家的学术人脉发掘新作者；在开展广告业务时培育作者；以项目为契机,在学术研究和产品研发中孵化稿源；由编辑部牵头,组织行业学术研讨会或论坛这5种拓展稿源的路径,最终实现在增加稿源数量的过程中稳步提升办刊质量的目标。 |

| In view of the importance of industry guidance sci-tech journals, taking Forest Fire Prevention as an example, this paper points out that the main problem of such journals is the shortage of manuscripts. It expounds five ways to extend manuscript source, such as benefiting from the editor’s professional advantage to intrinsically integrate publication and soliciting manuscripts; exploring new authors with reviewers’ academic connections; rearing authors in advertising business; taking projects as an opportunity to incubate manuscript source in academic research and product development; under the leading of the editorial department, organizing industry academic symposiums or forums. Lastly, the journal’s quality has been steadily improved in the process of increasing the number of manuscripts. |
