| 针对期刊编辑部门在稿件编校过程中仍较多依赖人工编校、纸笔办公的现状,尝试使用一种新的稿件校对方式。在操作中采用OneNote软件+“手写笔”的方式,结合实际情况,实现了编校过程中的无纸化,提高了工作效率,降低了工作成本。为期刊编校工作全程无纸化操作提供了一种新的手段。 |

| In order to change the situation that journal editors still rely on manual editing and use paper/pen to work in the manuscript editing process, we established a paperless operation. Combined with the actual situation and OneNote software + “stylus”, the operation was used to achieve paperless in the process of editing articles, which has improved work efficiency and reduced the cost of work. |
