| 结合编辑的工作实践和参加“期刊创新与经营管理专题培训”的体会,用7种角色形态对编辑在新形势下的存在方式加以描述——学习者、传播者、开拓者、教育者、服务者、研究者、奉献者,提出科普期刊编辑应在学习力、编辑力、创造力、教育情怀、服务意识、钻研能力和奉献精神等方面进行素质提升,以适应新形势下的发展。 |

| Inspired by the training seminar entitled “Innovation and Management of Periodicals” which she participated in, together with her daily practical work, the author intends to explore and elaborate on a variety of roles a periodical editor is supposed to play in today’s new situation:a learner, a communicator, an educator, a server, an explorer, a researcher, and a contributor. Accordingly, the paper stresses that it is imperative for the editors to develop themselves in terms of learning ability, editorial ability, education enthusiasm, initiative, innovation, research ability, and dedication in order to adapt to this changing world. |
