| 编委会是科技期刊核心竞争力的重要组成部分。编辑部在约定编委责任和义务的同时,也要用优质的服务吸引编委、调动编委积极性,方能充分发挥编委会的作用。文章从持续和全方位宣传编委、助力编委事业发展、点滴细节体现尊重和人文关怀这3个角度,探讨了期刊通过做好编委服务提高编委办刊参与度的方法和路径,旨在为科技期刊编委会的建设和运营提供参考。 |

| The editorial board is an important part of the core competence of scientific journals. While stipulating the responsibilities and obligations of the editorial board members, editorial office should also use good service to attract editorial board members and mobilize their initiative, to realize the true power of the editorial board. In order to provide references for construction and operation of editorial board of scientific journals , we discuss the methods and path to improve the participation of editorial board members by excellent service from 3 aspects:providing continuous and all-round promotion service, facilitating the development of the business of editorial board members, as well as showing respect and humanistic care in the details. |
