| 改革开放40年来,我国科技期刊走过了一条从少到多的快速发展历程。2018年是改革开放40周年,中国将以更坚定的信心、更有力的措施把改革开放不断推向深入。站在新时代的起点上,我们既要深入总结我国科技期刊40年来取得的巨大成就,同时也要针对当前存在的亟待解决的突出问题,研究推动科技期刊繁荣发展的政策措施。今后,我们要进一步加强供给侧改革,下大力气解决期刊质量不高、高度分散、管理不到位等问题,进一步推动融合发展、创新发展、集约化发展,推动科技期刊从多到强,建设科技期刊强国。 |

| In the past 40 years since the reform and opening up, China’s scientific journals have gone through a rapid development process from less to more. As 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up, China will continue to push forward reform and opening-up with firmer confidence and stronger measures. This paper analyzes the great achievements made by scientific journals in China over the past 40 years, and proposes further development suggestions in view of the existing prominent problems:strengthening the supply-side reform; making great efforts to solve problems such as poor quality, high decentralization and inadequate management; promoting the development of journals from large quantity to high quality; and building China into a powerful nation with scientific journals. |
