| 以马斯洛需求层次理论为指导,高校学报编辑与作者进行一对一的工作范围外交流,通过从关注群体到关注个体的转变,实现两者的尊重需求；通过从传统单渠道合作到双渠道互助的转变,满足双方的自我实现需求；通过从编辑角色到作者角色的转变,增强彼此的归属感；通过从工作联系到内心交流的过渡,升华两者的关系内涵。高校学报编辑保持空杯心态、终身学习心态,提高情绪管理能力和共情能力,积极与作者构建良好的非工作关系,是学报履行育人责任、培养优秀科研人才、打造优质“学术圈”的着力点,也是持续获得高质量稿源的素质储备。 |

| Using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a guide, we communicated with the author outside the scope of one-on-one editing service. In the one-on-one non-work communication between editors and authors, the need for respect between the two groups was achieved through the shift from focus groups to individuals; both the traditional one-way cooperation and the two-way mutual assistance were satisfied the need for self-realization; through the transformation from the role of editor to the role of the author, the sense of belonging to each other was enhanced; through the transition from work to inner communication, the communication connotation of the two was sublimated. The editors of university journals should keep “maintaining empty cup mentality, lifelong learning mentality, improving emotional management ability and empathy ability” in their work, actively construct a good non-work relationship with the authors which can provide opportunities for the journal to fulfill the responsibility of educating postgraduates, cultivate excellent scientific research talents, create a high-quality “academic circle”, and provide continuous access to high-quality manuscripts. |
