| 分析中文自然科学类论文发表后被定性为造假论文时,相关责任方的应对情况。以“国家自然科学基金委员会2015—2016年查处的科研不端行为案件处理决定”涉及的中文造假论文为例,分析其后期处理情况。调查表明:13篇中文自然科学类造假论文中,仅1篇论文被相关期刊撤销,12篇造假论文皆原样保持在数据库中任读者下载阅读和引用。各类科研监督机构、作者单位以及相关期刊应该负起终止造假论文进一步传播的责任。 |

| The paper analyzes the response of the responsible parties when the fraud papers are identified in Chinese scientific journals. Taking the papers in “the decision on handling cases of misconduct in scientific research investigated by the National Natural Science Foundation of the National Natural Science Foundation in 2015-2016” as an example, we analyze final processing of frauds papers. Of the 13 Chinese scientific fraud papers, only 1 paper was retracted by relevant journals, and 12 papers are still remained in full-text database. We think that all kinds of scientific research supervision institutions, including these authors’ institutions and the related journals, should bear the responsibility of terminating further dissemination of these fraud papers. |
