为了探索提高编辑工作效率的具体举措,缩短编辑的工作时间,本文提出了一种基于Word VBA 技术的一键智能编校系统。通过点击智能编校一键操作按钮,达到文档敏感词、重复词句的标注,指定格式调整的目的,且该系统操作简单,对编辑人员无技术要求。通过实验证明,该智能编校系统在一定程度上提高了编辑的工作效率,降低了编辑工作的失误率,且程序通用性强,只要安装了Office软件就可以使用。

英文摘要:

In order to explore the specific measures on improving the efficiency of editing and shortening the working time of editors, this paper proposes a key intelligent redaction system based on Word VBA technology. By clicking an operating button, we can annotate sensitive words and repeated words, and adjust specified format. The system operation is very simple, and has no technical requirements for editors. Our experiments proved that this intelligent redaction system can improve the efficiency of editing work and reduce the editing turnovers.
