| The “special issue for a certain disease” is a publishing model for medical journal. The academic leading edge of medicine can be reported apace by using the publishing model, which can provide a convenient way for the communication of the medical researchers and report a certain disease deeply. It has strong practicability for the clinicians to learn and to guide their clinical work. This form of publication is one of the important means for medical journals to improve their competitiveness and influence. In its specific publishing process, the choice of the “special diseases” theme is the most important. We must develop contacts and communication with the experts in the discipline, pay attention to the journal arrangement,set up novel and targeted columns, design the cover of the theme and other details, and make a good job for brand extension. |
