| In view of the professional confusion from the young editors of medical journals, this paper expounds the career development of young editors of medical journals from the aspects of the relationship between career planning and editors' advancement, the career objective, the plan for professional knowledge learning and promotion of job competence. The paper also proposes specific plans for young medical journal editors at different stages of their working lives. The contents and plans of career planning can be used for reference by young editors of medical journals. |
