| 优秀作者群是提升科技期刊质量的重要保障。数字出版时代下,英文版科技期刊编辑应善于发现和培养优秀作者群。针对国内外不同的作者群,本文采用了不同的培养策略:举办英文科技论文写作培训班、稿件处理过程中与作者互动、移动平台等方式培养国内优秀作者群；发挥国际编委主动性、期刊带头举办国际学术会议、选取重要国外作者为审稿人以及科技期刊编辑参加国际学术会议等方式培养国外优秀作者群。 |

| It is important for improving the quality of scientific English journals to cultivate the stable and high-quality authors in China. For cultivating the high-quality and stable authors by English-edition scientific journal editors, authors from different countries, different strategies should be adopted. Journal-based training classes, manuscript processing and using new media technology including website and Wechat are suitable for cultivating the authors from China. And there are some different ones including the foreign editorial board, journal-based holding polymer conference, selecting foreign authors as reviewers and attending the international conferences to cultivate the high-quality authors from foreign countries. |
