| 专家定稿会在科技期刊办刊过程中发挥重要作用,目前也面临着很多挑战,包括定稿会形式固定,缺乏灵活性；专家参加定稿会动力不足,意愿降低；编辑定稿会参与度较低,发挥作用不足等。针对这些问题,我们应该打破地域和人员限制,灵活召开定稿会；服务和团结专家,满足专家需求；积极发挥编辑的作用；吸纳优秀中青年专家参加定稿会；采用新技术手段,延伸定稿会的时间和空间性。综合运用各种办法,更充分地发挥定稿会的作用。 |

| Manuscript finalization meeting plays an important role in the development of scientific journals. But there are many challenges at present, including the fixed form which is lack of flexibility, the experts’ enthusiasm is insufficient, the editor’s participation is low. In order to solve the problems, we should break the geographical and personnel restrictions, make the manuscript finalization meeting more flexibly; serve and unite the experts, satisfy their academic needs; play the role of editor actively; attract some excellent young experts; extend the time and space of manuscript finalization meeting with new technological methods. |
