| 为提高期刊编辑处理稿件的质量和效率,设计了一种基于VBA的Word稿件编辑工具。该工具可以线下和在线编辑稿件规范信息,建立和不断完善稿件规范数据库；在Word软件中调出工作界面,通过大小栏目选择或检索功能,快速找到相关编辑规范问题,可以方便、快捷地在Word稿件中进行插入、替换、批注等文字处理。经试用发现,该工具不仅提高了稿件处理效率,而且可以方便地整理规范信息,积累编辑稿件处理经验,建立和完善编辑个人的知识系统。 |

| A Word manuscript editing tool based on VBA was designed for journal editors to improve the quality and efficiency of manuscript processing. The tool can edit the normative information of manuscripts offline and online to establish and improve a normative problem database. In the Word software, the working interface can be called up. By selecting the big and small columns or the retrieval function, relevant editing normative information can be quickly found, and conveniently and quickly inserted, replaced or annotated in the Word manuscripts. After trials, we found that the tool kit can not only improve the efficiency of manuscript processing, but also organize the normative information expediently, accumulate experience of editing manuscript processing, and establish a personal knowledge system for editors. |
