| 通过《红外技术》编辑部走进优势学科实验室和走进科研生产线、依托编委、参加或承办学术会议等组稿实践,提出不仅要拓展从事基础研究的作者群,还要拓展在生产第一线的产研结合型的作者群,围绕其重点项目和任务,努力组织优质稿件,将其先进的学术思想及在光电产业的创新成果及时呈现给读者,以期逐步改变科技期刊落后于科技和产业发展的现状。 |

| This paper introduces some methods of expanding authors used by editorial department of journal of Infrared Technology, and proposes that we should not only expand the authors engaging in basic research, but also expand the authors engaging in both production and research. By focusing researchers’ key projects and tasks to solicit manuscripts from them, we can present their advanced idea and innovation results in the optoelectronic field to our readers in time, and can gradually change the situation of technical journals falling behind the development of science and technology. |
