| The editor’s craftsmanship spirit is the key to guarantee and enhance the quality of journals. According to the characteristics of young editors of scientific journals and the connotation of craftsmanship, we put forward three steps of self-cultivation of young editors. Advocating originality:cultivating professional spirit; practicing craftsmanship:cultivating professional skills, and work as a craftsmen:sublimating the career. |
