| The preliminary examination is a meticulous and tedious work, and it is very important in the editing work. When young editors evaluate the academic manuscripts, they should adhere to one center and two basic points; grasping the innovation, authenticity and standardization of the article; and making the content and form of the article consistent with each other. |
