| 在世界一流科技期刊建设进程中,中文科技期刊的地位和作用必须加强。我国应坚定信心,借鉴吸收国际先进的编辑理念与出版模式,围绕中国的科技发展战略,实现中文科技期刊服务能力提升。本文结合中华医学会系列杂志实践,探讨中文科技期刊能力建设对策与路径:构建客观评价体系和学术出版秩序；加强中文科技期刊平台建设和融合发展,对接国际标准进行开放传播；应对日新月异的新技术和商业模式的变化,通过创新性提供知识服务、重点和优势学科推进等措施提升中文科技期刊的影响力。 |

| In the process of building up the world first-class sci-tech journals in the world, the Chinese sci-tech journals should also be valued. Focusing on science and technology development strategy of China, we should learn the international editing theory and publishing pattern to improve the service capability of Chinese sci-tech journals. By practice of the Chinese Medical Association series journals, we investigate the strategies and measures of building up Chinese sci-tech journals’ capacity. The methods are as follows:setting up objective evaluation system and academic publishing order; disseminating openly in accord with international standards; providing innovative knowledge service and pushing on with the construction in key disciplines to cope with the dramatic changes in technology and business. |
