| 分析中文科技期刊服务科技创新生态系统的构成要素,探讨提高服务实效的系统运作模式,为中文科技期刊的可持续发展提供参考。中文科技期刊可以围绕信息、平台、服务3要素,合理配置资源,改进系统运作模式。建设服务国家科技创新的生态系统,将青年科技人才培养与稿源建设相结合,以开放、共享、融合的理念推行科学普及,落实中文科技期刊的转型保障措施,探索多元的期刊评价模式,可助力中文科技期刊的发展。 |

| This paper aims to explore the ecosystem for Chinese scientific journals that serves technological innovation, with a view to providing references for the practice of sustainable development of Chinese scientific journals. It can focus on the information, platform and service to foster an ecosystem for Chinese scientific journals that serves technological innovation, by optimizing resource allocation and improving the operation patterns. It is helpful to the sustainable development of the journals by combining the talent training with the construction of manuscript resources, promoting popularization of science with the concept of opening, sharing and integration, implementing supporting measures to ensure the transformation, and exploring diversified evaluation models of scientific journals. |
