| 明晰我国科技期刊发展面临的矛盾与困境,尝试构建体现利益相关者共同参与、利益整合共赢的科技期刊可持续发展策略。基于利益相关者理论和博弈论,辨析“政府与市场”“公平与效率”“增长与发展”的关系,提出科技期刊可持续发展的战略方案,为我国科技期刊未来发展和国家相关政策改革提供借鉴。 |

| This paper clarifies the contradictions and difficulties faced by the development of scientific journals in China. Considering the common participation of stakeholders and win-win interest integration, this paper attempts to construct a sustainable development strategy of scientific journals. Based on stakeholder theory and game theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between government and market, fairness and efficiency, and also growth and development. Then it puts forward specific strategic plans, to provide reference for scientific journals’ development and the relevant policy reform in China. |
