| 在稿件的审编流程中,《中国普外基础与临床杂志》编辑部(以下简称“编辑部”)一贯秉持高质、高效的工作准则。在不断总结并优化工作流程的过程中,为了进一步提高工作效率和质量,从2017年7月起,编辑部就稿件的初审环节进一步进行了改变,实行了定期的编辑部集体分层初审制。实施1年有余,收效显著,明显缩短了稿件的初审周期,提高了送外审稿件的质量,同时也提高了后期同行评议以及稿件编修处理的效率,节约了人力和物力成本。 |

| The principle of high quality and high efficiency in the review process of the manuscript was consistently serviced. In order to further improve the efficiency and quality of the manuscript process, the periodic collective stratified preliminary examination of the manuscripts was carried out on the basis of constant summarizing and optimizing process of the manuscript from July, 2017. It had been implemented for more than one year and achieved remarkable results, which obviously shortened the period of initial review of manuscripts, improved the quality of initial review of manuscripts, improved the efficiency of peer review and processing of manuscripts, and saved the labor and economic costs. |
