| 针对研究生稿件及其作者群体特点,编制了作者自查表,在稿件初审、退修等阶段予以应用,提示和引导作者对稿件中存在的常见问题进行检查和修改,以提高稿件质量,减少编辑的工作量,同时培养研究生的学术论文写作能力。实践表明,该措施可以有效提高研究生稿件的规范性和质量,提高初审通过率,降低编辑的工作量。 |

| Author self-check table for graduate student’s manuscripts was developed according to the characteristics of the manuscripts and the author groups. The self-check table was applied during manuscript preliminary check and author modification stages, and prompted and guided the author to inspect and modify the common problems in the manuscript, for the purpose to improve the quality of the manuscript, reduce the workload for editors, and cultivate the graduate student’s academic paper writing ability at the same time. Our practice shows that this measure can effectively improve the standardization and quality of graduate student’s manuscripts, improve the passing rate of preliminary check and reduce the workload of editors. |
