| 随着中国英文科技学术期刊出版数量快速增加,出版平台建设益发重要,而且全球范围内开放获取需求的不断提高也为平台建设提出了新的要求。以新时期建设科技学术期刊英文平台为目标,探讨了建设过程中需要注意的若干问题,其中包括平台的整体规划、平台建设与创办一流期刊、平台与前后端系统的衔接、平台建设与运营的关系、建设平台的学科特色等方面的内容。期刊出版平台的建设要结合学科特色,推动期刊的集群化、数字化出版,最终把中国科技学术期刊出版事业做大做强。 |

| The increasing number of English scientific journals in China pushes the publishing platform construction, and the global open access initiative adds new elements to the publishing platform. Key points in the construction of publishing platform are focused on the following issues:development strategy, high quality journal publishing, connection with manuscript processing and promotion systems, relation of platform construction and operation, and discipline feature. We think the construction of publishing platforms should reflect discipline feature, advocate clustered and digital journal publishing, and accelerate journal publishing with high quality and quantity. |
