| 为了给类似中文科技期刊提供参考和借鉴,以《水资源保护》为例,回顾其被《中文核心期刊要目总览》剔除,又重新入编《中文核心期刊要目总览》的历程。分析原因,总结经验,认为《水资源保护》坚持办刊质量,缩短出版周期,得到编委的大力支持,并创新了“一会、一刊、一平台”的办刊模式,尤其在会议平台和网络平台方面取得了良好的运作经验,可以由此探寻其走出低谷的原因和轨迹。但与大多数中文科技期刊一样,其存在的机制保障问题也不容忽视。中文科技期刊要坚守办刊质量,创新办刊模式,并寻求良好的管理机制来保障期刊平稳快速发展。 |

| In order to provide reference for similar Chinese scientific journals, we take course of Water Resources Protection from being eliminated to being re-collected by Overview of Key Chinese Periodicals. We think the successful experience of Water Resources Protection lies in its adhering to the journals quality and shortening the publishing period, getting the strong supports from the editorial committee members, innovating a publication mode of “journal, conference, platform”, especially achieving good experiences in operating the conference platform and network platform. Chinese scientific journals should stick to the quality, innovate the running model, as well as seek good management mechanism to ensure stable and rapid development. |
