| 学术期刊的基本功能规约了期刊编辑应该具备特殊的职业技能。编辑职业技能的发展有利于促进其专业成长和进阶。由于编辑工作的特殊性,编辑素质研究一直都是学界关注的话题,其中编辑素质构成和提升优化途径是2个主要方面。已有研究大多是基于技术发展和编辑实践来开展的,缺乏理论的支撑；因此,本研究从理论视角切入,运用冰山模型和知识转换螺旋模型,结合期刊编辑从新手到熟手再到资深学者型的成长历程,充分考虑科技发展对编辑提出的新挑战和要求,较为深入地分析了学术期刊编辑的素质冰山模型,并通过知识转化螺旋模型详细阐释了显性与隐性知识及技能之间的转换,以此促进编辑的专业成长路径优化。 |

| The basic function of academic journals stipulates that journal editors should possess special professional skills.The development of editorial professional skills helps promote editors’ professional growth and progression.Due to the special nature of editorial work,the editorial competencies have always been a topic of concern in the academic community.The composition of editorial competencies and the promotion of optimization are two main aspects of the topic.Most of the existing research has been carried out are mainly based on technical development and editing practices. From a theoretical perspective,we analyzed the competencies iceberg model of academic journal editors and explained in detail the conversion between explicit and tacit knowledge and skills through the knowledge transfer spiral model. Our study applies the Iceberg Model and the Spiral Model of Knowledge Transfer,combines the growth history of journal editors from novice to proficient,and fully considers the new challenges and requirements of science and technology to editors. |
