| 科技期刊在科技创新体系中发挥着重要的作用,能够反映科学发展的竞争先机。科技期刊的语种选择因时代的不同而变化。本文通过对德国和美国的数据分析发现,在科学中心转移的过程中,本土语言科技期刊的发展对促进和提高本国科技水平起到重要的作用,而双语科技期刊则为提升本国科技影响力、扩大学术影响范围和确立世界科技地位等方面起到积极的促进和推动作用。近年来,中国在经济和科技方面的发展成为全世界关注的焦点。为了迎接世界科学中心的转移和成为创新高地,提高我国在全球范围的影响力和话语权,需要对我国科技期刊的语种合理布局,提前布局双语科技期刊,服务于我国的科技强国建设,为实现世界科学中心向中国转移做好充分的准备。而根据ULRICHSWEB的统计,我国目前的中英双语科技期刊数量非常少,仅占全部科技期刊数量的1.0%,没有得到足够的重视。 |

| S&T journals play an important role in the innovative system and can reflect the competitive advantage. Language choosing of scientific journals have been changing with the times. By analyzing the data of the United States and Germany, we find that during the process of science center transfering, S&T journals in native language promote internal S&T development level. The bilingual S&T journals play an important role in advancing the S&T influence and establishing leading position in the world. In recent years, China made great progress in economy and S&T and attracted the focus of the world. Based on the data from ULRICHSWEB, the number of S&T journals in Chinese and English bilingual edition is small which only accounts for 1.0%. In the near future, English will still be the global language. In order to meet the demand of the transfer of science center in the future, we need to pay more attention to S&T journals in Chinese and English bilingual edition and reasonable distribution of the S&T journals resources,which is helpful to get the discourse power, initiative and dominance in the field of science and technology. |
