| A total of 1434 articles published in seven journals of rehabilitation medicine which included in the catalogue of “Core journals in Chinese science and technology field” were selected as data sources, to analyze the research hotspots in rehabilitation medicine by high-frequency Keywords co-occurrence, and to analyze the distribution of “red point index”, the core research institutions in the discipline field and high-quality authors of rehabilitation medicine journals base on the high frequency keyword analysis. We found that the “red dot index” is positively correlated with the common evaluation indexes of journals such as impact factors and total cites. It is an important means to pre-evaluate the quality and influence potential of rehabilitation medical journals from the content. The analysis of “red point index” is helpful for journal editors to grasp the development trend of discipline, optimize the quality of topic selection and planning, identify the core research team, improve the pertinence of manuscript preparation, condense the brand characteristics of journals, and enhance the competitiveness of high-quality manuscript sources. |
