| 外审是科技期刊编辑工作的关键环节,外审的速度和质量直接影响着稿件的发表周期和期刊的学术质量。为解决在外审过程中由于各种原因导致的外审效率低的问题,本文结合编辑部的工作实际,谈了几点关于外审的经验体会。建议科技期刊编辑部应从充分利用多渠道多手段选择审稿人,把握选择审稿人的尺度,给审稿人适度地分配工作,对他们的审稿工作给予充分认可和尊重,并进行量化评价等方面完善审稿工作,以期为期刊的快速发展做好保障工作。 |

| Peer review is a crucial work for scientific journals. The speed and quality of peer review directly influence the publishing period of manuscripts and the academic quality of journals. To solve the problems existing in the peer review process, which cause the low peer review efficiency, we put forward some experience and thoughts based on our practice. We think that the peer review process can be improved by choosing the reviewers using multiple methods, choosing the reviewers suitable for the journals, reasonably assigning the manuscripts, recognizing the reviewers’ work, and quantitatively evaluating the reviewers, so as to ensure the rapid development of scientific journals. |
