| 针对当前期刊编辑在移动和协同办公中文件传输的问题,结合编辑工作实践探讨了同步云盘的运用。同步云盘相对于传统的文件传输方式,具有简便、快捷、智能化等优势,可实现计算机端和移动端移动编校稿件、期刊编辑之间协同交叉编校稿件以及期刊资料的共享和共同维护,大大提高了期刊编辑的工作效率,具有广泛的应用价值。 |

| Aiming at the problem of file transfer in mobile and collaborative office of journal editors, the application of synchronous cloud disk was discussed combined with editing practice. Compared with the traditional methods of file transfer, synchronous cloud disk has the advantages of simple, fast and intelligent. It can realize mobile editing and proofreading of manuscripts in the computer terminal and mobile terminal, the collaborative cross editing and proofreading of manuscripts between journal editors, the sharing and common maintenance of journal data.It greatly improves the efficiency of journal editors and has wide application value. |
